Subject: ALCTS Discussion Group Meeting Announcement
The ALCTS Out Of Print Discussion Group is seeking
volunteers/nominations
for the position of Co-chair. As the group name implies, discussions at
meetings cover issues related to all aspects of Out of Print materials.
Qualifications include being a member of ALCTS, and the willingness to
help
coordinate and moderate twice-yearly discussions, as well as assistance
with some light room-assignment paperwork. This group meets at ALA
Annual
and Midwinter on Monday from 9:30 to 11:00. In Orlando, we will be
meeting
at the Orange County Convention Center, Auditorium Room 320.
For those interested in volunteering/nominating, the commitment is to
serve
a two year term (2005/2007). The chair for 2005 is Lia Hemphill of
Nova
Southeastern University, Ft. Lauderdale.
