ALCTS-SS Committee to Study Serials Standards ALA Annual, Orlando,
Florida

The Serials Standards Updates Forum will present a panel discussion on
current standards and the status of standards development in several key
areas of library and publisher related work. The focus will be on
standards
that affect serials management as well as standards that affect a wider
spectrum of scholarly communications and library management work. The
discussion topics include updates on some of the following standards
issues:
holdings, statistics, identifiers, serials subscription information, and
acquisitions.
