Business of Acquisitions Preconference to ALA
Friday, June 20, 2003, 8:30am-5pm
For those of you attending ALA Annual, the ALCTS Acquisitions Sections
Business of Acquisitions Preconference is an opportunity for to learn about
current trends in acquisitions work and interact with colleagues who share
an interest in the field.
The theme of this year's Business of Acquisitions preconference is "Working
Together to Get It Done: Acquisitions Librarians As Collaborators." The
program brings together talented speakers who will address current concerns
and future possibilities in acquisitions, as well as time to network with
other of the program are available via the ALCTS web site
