Subject: Position Announcement: Serials/ILL Librarian

Serials Librarian - New York Institute of Technology, Old Westbury, N.Y.,
Wisser Library needs a librarian with an MLS from an ALA accredited school
with a minimum of 3 years experience in serials in an academic library.
Responsibilities include supervision of the serials dept., management of
the SIRSI serials module, claims, renewals, collection development,
binding, statistical reporting, interlibrary loans, and facilitating
access to online subscriptions.  Knowledge of SIRSI, EBSCO’s EJS, Serials
Solutions, Microsoft Office, and web authoring skills preferred.
Experience with reference services, databases, full-text subscriptions,
and digitization helpful.
