Dear Colleagues,

Cunningham Memorial Library is pleased to announce the upcoming OVGTSL
conference, May 14-16, 2003, on the campus of Indiana State University,
home of the Lady Sycamores.

The Ohio Valley Group of Technical Services Librarians (OVGTSL) was founded
in 1924 and draws its members from the states of Indiana, Ohio, and
Kentucky.
The annual conference rotates among these three states on a regular basis.

The theme for this year’s conference will be “Racing Toward a Bright
Tomorrow.”  The OVGTSL Planning Committee is very excited about the program
that has been arranged.  The presenters will be addressing some of the most
important issues faced by Technical Services Librarians today.

Paper sessions will take place at Indiana State University’s Hulman Memorial
Student Union.  In addition, conference attendees are invited to partake of
several activities highlighting Terre Haute’s history, its cultural life,
and its libraries.

We invite you to come and share your ideas with your colleagues from
Indiana,
Ohio, and Kentucky, and to enjoy the hospitality of the Wabash Valley.  The
conference promises to be an enjoyable and stimulating time for all.

The deadline for online registration is April 18, 2003, but onsite
registration is always welcome at no additional fee to participants.
