This message is being posted to multiple mailing lists. Please excuse any
duplication.

The ALCTS Creative Ideas in Technical Services Discussion Group will meet
at ALA Midwinter, Sunday, January 26, 2003, from 4:30-5:30 p.m in the
Philadelphia Marriott, Salon I.

This discussion group consists of facilitated round table discussions on 
various topics with 8-10 people participating at each table.

We invite ALA Midwinter participants to join us for facilitated roundtable
discussions on one of six timely topics:

1) AACR 2002 Amendments: How will the amendments affect cataloging and
processing?

2) Collection Development in Acquisitions

3) Aggregator Databases

4) Merging Acquisitions and Cataloging Functions

5) Administrative Expectations of Technical Services

6) The "Graying" of Technical Services
