This panel discussion features librarians from libraries of various sizes,
both public and academic, discussing approaches to incorporating electronic
collections into the overall collection development process with particular
emphasis on budgeting issues.
Speakers include Judith Hiott, Assistant Coordinator of Materials Selection,
Houston Public Library; Stephen Bosch, Materials Budget, Procurement, and
Licensing Librarian, University of Arizona; Tracey Cuellar, Library
Director, Lee College (Baytown, Tx); and Carla Beasley, Assistant Director
