"MANAGING ACCESS TO ELECTRONIC INFORMATION: New Roles for Libraries,
Publishers and Vendors"
Abstract:
Publishers are taking on a new role as direct broker for their own
electronic journals. What are the implications for libraries and
subscription agents, who have traditionally worked together to deliver
information from publisher to end-user. What are the implications for
publishers as they move away from their traditional partnership with
subscription agents.
