Subject: Survey

The Administration of Collection Development Committee of the Collection
Management and Development Section of ALCTS  has designed a survey for
collection development administrators,  the results of which we expect will
be of value for the planning and management of electronic collections. The
survey focuses  on a library's organizational approach to the staffing,
budgeting, and management of electronic resources. The web survey can be
found at <http://Survey.jcl.lib.ks.us/ALCTS/> or <http://www.ala.org/alcts/>
and will take 10 to 15 minutes to complete.  We ask that the surveys be
completed by June 11. The results of the survey will be published and
presented at an upcoming ALA annual meeting.
