Subject: Conference Announcement
The University of Michigan Library and Blackwell Book Services are
sponsoring a scholarly publishing and e-book conference in May entitled
"The Changing Landscape of Scholarly Publishing: Print Collections,
E-Books and Beyond"
Topics for the conference include e-books, their impact on
scholarly publishing, the publishing and bookselling industry, and their
production. In addition, the program will explore campus experiences with
using e-books and emerging trends and strategies for building collections
in this rapidly evolving environment.
Speakers for the conference include Richard Lanhan, James Neal, Clifford
Lynch, Ross Atkinson, and Judy Luther among others. Visit the conference

information. The registration deadline is April 20.
