Subject: Quick survey of Small-Medium Size Libraries

I've been having discussions about workflow in my library. I need some
quick information on other library acquisitions departments to help me
think through some things. For those small to medium size libraries
(those with total number of employees of not more than 30 [excluding
student assistants] and a volume count of approximately 200,000 -
300,000, I hope you will respond to these questions (off list & I will
summarize if there is interest).

1. How many staff are in acquisitions?
2. How many titles/volumes are ordered in a year?
3. What is your approximate monographic budget size?
4. What is your volume count?
5. Are you on an automated acquisitions system? If so which one?

Thank you.
