You are invited to a panel discussion sponsored by the ALCTS
Publisher/Vendor/Library Relations Committee:

"Strange Bedfellows - New Relationships, Shifting Boundaries"

The panelists will be discussing how traditionally separate facets of the
library and information business worlds are cooperating and/or uniting to
form unique new relationships and/or new companies.  Half of the meeting
time will be devoted to audience discussion, so please bring your questions.

Moderator: Judith Niles, Director of Collection Management, Univ. of
Louisville Libraries

Panelists: Jane Burke, Endeavor, President and CEO 
John Regazzi, Elsevier Science Inc., President - 
to discuss Elsevier's purchase of Endeavor
Austin McLean, Bell & Howell Information and Learning, Director, Publishing 
and Mark Sandler, Univ. of Michigan Library, Collection Development Officer 
- to discuss the EEBO Text Creation Partnership
Karen Casey, Oxford University Press, Sr. Vice President,
